Promoter
The promoter of this raffle is Flintoffs Chartered Accountants Limited (“Promoter”).
Purpose
This raffle is being run in support of Relay For Life and fundraising for the Cancer Society.
Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years and over. Employees/organisers directly involved in running the raffle may enter unless otherwise stated.
How to Enter
Tickets may be purchased in person, email office@flintoffs.co.nz or calling our office 03 214 7979. Each ticket purchased equals one entry into the raffle draw.
Ticket Sales Period
Tickets will be available until 15th March 2026, unless sold out earlier.
Draw Details
The raffle will be drawn on 17th March 2025 under police supervision
Prizes
Prizes are as advertised and are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if required.
Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any additional costs associated with the prize (including travel, accommodation, or delivery) are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.
Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entry within 3 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Publicity
By entering, winners agree to the Promoter publishing their first name for promotional purposes (unless the winner requests otherwise).
Personal Information
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the raffle and contacting winners, and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using a prize.
